Chad J. Anderson

Vice President

Chad is the president of Constant Care Management Company (CCMC), The LaSalle Group’s affiliate and sister company, and a special advisor to the president of The LaSalle Group for the Autumn Leaves and Autumn Oaks communities. Working closely with the LaSalle president and his executive team, Chad helps ensure optimal performance of day-to-day operations at LaSalle’s assisted living residences, and that the services stay in line with the values for which The LaSalle Group and Constant Care Management Company were founded.

Chad joined The LaSalle Group in 1998, when it was founded by Jane Anderson and Win Warren. He is a seasoned business management and marketing professional with direct, hands-on experience managing assisted living residences. Chad started his career with CCMC as vice president of operations. His responsibilities included creating and implementing the core divisions—Accounting, Human Resources, Dietary, Nursing, Marketing and Maintenance, that make up the company today. Throughout his time as vice president of operations, Constant Care Management Company grew from three employees to over 375 employees while maintaining an impressively low turnover ratio compared to industry standards. Chad has spent a great amount of time and energy developing the company culture that capitalizes on the value of human capital and allows all voices to be heard and considered.

In June of 2008, Chad was promoted to president of CCMC. As president, he has focused on organizational strategy that will allow the company to grow into new markets while maintaining the quality of care synonymous with The LaSalle Group and Constant Care-managed properties.

Chad graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor of business administration and is currently pursuing an MBA at Southern Methodist University.
