Jane Anderson develops and oversees programs that help ensure The LaSalle Group’s core values and principles of service marked by a loving and family-oriented philosophy of care, which are embodied and followed throughout the organization, at corporate headquarters as well as at the Autumn Oaks and Autumn Leaves residences. A distinguished health care professional with over 20 years of experience in senior and memory care, Jane’s expertise, vision and knowledge have been and continue to be instrumental in The LaSalle Group’s growth and success. As a recognized expert in the field of geriatrics and dementia care, she serves as a company spokesperson giving presentations, lectures and speeches throughout the year.
In 1999, Jane teamed with Win Warren, Jr., founder and chairman of The LaSalle Group, when the company adjusted its focus to the development and management of independent and assisted living residences for aging adults and the memory impaired. At that time, Jane co-founded and structured Constant Care Management Company, to manage daily operation and maintenance of The LaSalle Group residences. She also developed state-of-the-art residence procedures for health care and operations, which she maintains and continues to research and update. Prior to co-founding Constant Care Management Company, Jane was regional director at Altera Health Corporation, one of the nation’s leading dementia care providers, and was instrumental in establishing their memory care division.
Jane holds a bachelor of science in nursing from Michigan State University and nursing certifications in several areas including an OCN® (Oncology Nursing Certification) from the University of Michigan, and a hematology certification from Wayne State University. She has served on numerous committees focused on aging and Alzheimer’s, and has won awards for her work with dementia, cancer, and HIV patients. Dedicated to continual learning, Jane remains active in the nursing community and takes a variety of continuing education courses. She also donates her time to the Alzheimer’s Association and humanitarian projects. Jane resides in McKinney, Texas and is active in her community and her church.
