Robert Fowler
Vice President of Human Resources
Robert Fowler is Vice President, Human Resources at The LaSalle Group and Constant Care Management Company. Robert joined the company in 2009 and is responsible for all Human Resource functions for the LaSalle Group and its affiliated companies; Constant Care Management Company, Lake Superior Contracting, Encore, as well as the Autumn Leaves and Autumn Oaks communities.
As Vice President, Human Resources Robert oversees payroll, benefits, compensation, employee relations, organizational development, management development, employment law, employee development, and training.
Prior to joining the company, Robert was Vice President, Human Resources at Trinity Hospice in Dallas. He has over 30 years experience in all areas of Human Resource Management in several types of industries, including medical supplies, hospice, manufacturing and food service.
The chief objective for Robert is to provide the best Human Resource services available to both the internal and external customers that his department serves, as well as continue to foster the culture of “family first” attitude that the company was founded on.
Robert's philosophy about Human Resources:
Human Resources are the most valuable resources in any company. They need to be carefully chosen, adequately nurtured and developed into leaders for the benefit of the company’s future. A company’s strength is measured by the strength of their employees.
Robert graduated from Penn State University with a BBA degree. He also holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. He lives in Allen, Texas with his wife Kelly. He has one grown son and two grand babies in Pennsylvania.
