Salvador oversees and manages all aspects of the corporate data network and information systems for The LaSalle Group and its subsidiaries, and Constant Care Management Company, an affiliate and sister company. He ensures operational efficiency and effective day-to-day functioning of the current networks and applied technologies, and manages new technology, systems and software assessment and selection. Salvador conducts vendor negotiation, provides user support, and oversees IT budget administration, data base and Intranet services. He also develops and maintains information technology and network guidelines and practices for the properties owned by LaSalle.
His career information technology spans over a decade. Prior to joining The LaSalle Group, Salvador was with Allied Marketing Group/Chapman Data Services for nine years where he enjoyed progressive promotions and held the position of Network Manager when he left. As Network Manager, he was responsible for their voice and data infrastructure, internal user support, data center, and more.
Salvador attended Texas A&M University, North Lake College, and the University of Texas at Arlington. He has received several IT-related certifications including an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer).
