Steven oversees The LaSalle Group’s strategic plans for expansion in existing and new markets of the Autumn Leave’s-branded facilities. Responsibilities include achieving annual goals for new developments, creating feasibility studies, developing pro forma financial statements with the Finance Division, implementing approved expansion plans, coordinating engineering and architectural services consultants, and managing the development and design staff. Working closely with company’s Construction Division, Steven also monitors construction progress and budgets, and approves change orders.
His career in real estate development, financing and building which spans over three decades, began in 1969 as a mortgage banker. Since 1980 Steven has been a real estate developer. As a principal and owner of a company for many years, he developed and built properties in 13 states and the US Virgin Islands. Most recently, Steven developed, built and sold affordable single family homes in Florida.
Steven earned a bachelors in business administration at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas and received his MBA from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana.
