In her role, Ms. Porter is responsible for development and management of the Autumn Leaves sales programs, including training and coaching for the company’s nearly 50 locations. Since joining Autumn Leaves in August 2017, the company has achieved double-digit percentage increases in occupancy versus the prior comparable period.

Ms. Porter brings more than 30 years of experience to Autumn Leaves. Prior to joining the company, she served in sales leadership roles for Brookdale, Sagora Senior Living, Senior Lifestyle Corporation, and other national and regional providers. Her knowledge spans the care continuum from memory care and skilled nursing to independent and assisted living, including CCRC communities.
Ms. Porter holds certifications in both sales training and public speaking.
