The LaSalle Group Names Andrew Jones Vice President of Construction

IRVING, Texas (March 24, 2016) – The LaSalle Group, Inc., a national leader in residential memory care with more than 40 Autumn Leaves® communities nationwide, has selected Andrew Jones as the company’s new Vice President of Construction. Jones’ chief responsibilities will be to oversee the construction of each new Autumn Leaves™ community along with other exciting projects. He will also be in charge of developing project budgets, reviewing and negotiating professional services contracts, and formulating a clear and concise goal when it comes to project timelines.

“I spent a lot of time trying to find the cultural fit for me,” Jones stated. “I really liked LaSalle’s business model and I was very excited about the opportunity to build something meaningful.” Jones is currently working on 13 simultaneous projects for The LaSalle Group and expects four more by the end of the year.

Jones, who graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, has a tremendous amount of experience leading project development teams. Before joining The LaSalle Group, Jones served as the Vice President of Design & Construction for Rush Street Gaming and as Vice President of Project Management for Remington Hotels. Jones incorporated innovative tactics to improve operational efficiency and initiated a series of uncompromising practices to ensure the highest industry standards in regards to safety, project planning, and overall construction.

Jones’ passion is truly the community at large; when he isn’t constructing buildings for the greater good of new residents, he spends his off time working as a volunteer firefighter for the City of Parker in Collin County. “We have a great department,” said Jones. “And I enjoy working with such an incredible team.”
