Development

The LaSalle Group’s Development Division performs comprehensive design and development services for its independent and assisted living communities, working closely with Lake Superior Contracting, Constant Care Management Company, and TLG Family Management. Development services are also available commercially.

  • Market research, demographic and competitive analysis to determine geographic location for new properties and site/location selection.
  • Following site identification and approval, LaSalle works closely with public municipalities and zoning boards; organizes architects, engineers and consultants as required; develops a comprehensive project plan; and performs any required due diligence and legal work so construction can begin smoothly.
  • Perform owner’s rep function, acting as a liaison between the facility owner and the general contractor, attending drawing meetings, approving construction budgets and draws, and helping ensure that the work is conducted properly and on time.
  • Develop and oversee interior and landscape design, new site finish-out, and residence maintenance, including the coordination of outside advisors and consultants such as architects, civil and MEP engineers.
